I use my cameras in GUATEMALA, and WAS being a victim of theft by visitors and bad employees... I have to travel often, and was sleeples... Now I sleep better knowing the ANYWHERE I GET WIFI I GET TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. The cameras provided proof to fire 1 of this bad workers, and my cameras became DETERRENTS, and ever since, started making more money: Thievery stopped, and workers not knowing if I am or not "watching" DO HELP CUSTOMERS BETTER. Suggest you buy one for every angle of your warehouse spaces and entries if your business.
Great camera, and the app is great for when we are not at home!
I love that I can be away from home and still check in to make sure my barn and horses are safe and sound. Have 2 cameras already and will be adding more!
I have 2 netcams, one with Belkin bought 3 years ago and a more recent (with the WEMO app). These cams have never failed and the app works fine 90% of the time. Sometimes failure to connect happens and is usually resolved at the next trial. The Belkin/WEMO Netcam system is highly recommended as I have bought other products and been disappointed.

Had since first introduced. Much improved app but still needs easier way to change wifi passwords than toggling the camera. I use 6 for outside monitoring and they are sheltered under the roof eaves and stand up well to temperature.
Some bad moments
I do really like this app and device. But I wonder what triggers it. Ill have clothes on the line or my neighbour 50 yards away will open their garage door and it sends me an email. But a delivery man comes right up on the step where the camera is focused and it doesnt capture that movement. Thats why I have this camera. Your facial recognition/movement algorithm needs to be fixed.
Poor video quality- cannot make out faces if people are moving
There HAS TO BE an option to schedule camera to Save the clips on the cloud (isecurity+) only on selected time frames (when it detects the motion of course, which currently has). Like between 11pm - 7am... Right now it constantly keeps recording the clips, wasting energy and data on our end, and space on your end. This results to find actual clip needed, because there are sooo many clips recorded.
Its extremely slow to load. Unreliable.
It used to be more simple, but quick at loading and very reliable!

Ive had this camera for about a year and use it as a baby monitor. The camera used to work great with a great picture and quick connection. But since the last update, this camera is more of a wall ornament than anything useful. Neither my husband nor I can view the feed consistently. It constantly kicks us back to the login screen, and when it is working, it takes forever to load the actual video. Its unfortunately turned into a waste of money - great camera, but it doesnt mean anything if you cant use the app.
my NetCam was working perfectly till Belkin did the update. Now the camera works when it wants to. Sometimes I can only hear audio and the screen is white and it will time out and say that there is a connection problem. There is nothing wrong with my connection. I have Verizon and in a great 4g area. Also the mic will not work since the update. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews. As soon as the Canary 2 comes out Im gonna that and this this away since no one wants to update and fix the issues. Its been over 3 months since the garbage update ! Very unhappy !!!
