Could you fix the problem with Bluetooth earphones ? Cant hear any things with many model. In the same time earphones are working correctly on iPhone 7

I use my cameras in GUATEMALA, and WAS being a victim of theft by visitors and bad employees... I have to travel often, and was sleeples... Now I sleep better knowing the ANYWHERE I GET WIFI I GET TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. The cameras provided proof to fire 1 of this bad workers, and my cameras became DETERRENTS, and ever since, started making more money: Thievery stopped, and workers not knowing if I am or not "watching" DO HELP CUSTOMERS BETTER. Suggest you buy one for every angle of your warehouse spaces and entries if your business.

Great camera, and the app is great for when we are not at home!

I do really like this app and device. But I wonder what triggers it. Ill have clothes on the line or my neighbour 50 yards away will open their garage door and it sends me an email. But a delivery man comes right up on the step where the camera is focused and it doesnt capture that movement. Thats why I have this camera. Your facial recognition/movement algorithm needs to be fixed.

I love that I can be away from home and still check in to make sure my barn and horses are safe and sound. Have 2 cameras already and will be adding more!

It bugs and freezes randomly for no appearent reasons. Strong wi-fi, i6,i6s+, ipad3. Needs to reset app often.

I have 2 netcams, one with Belkin bought 3 years ago and a more recent (with the WEMO app). These cams have never failed and the app works fine 90% of the time. Sometimes failure to connect happens and is usually resolved at the next trial. The Belkin/WEMO Netcam system is highly recommended as I have bought other products and been disappointed. Pierre

I personally find this app to be extremely useful. Its reliable and I can check in on things no matter where I am. Keep up the good work!!

Had since first introduced. Much improved app but still needs easier way to change wifi passwords than toggling the camera. I use 6 for outside monitoring and they are sheltered under the roof eaves and stand up well to temperature.

Do not work for feed more times than acceptable.

When I first tried using the app, it would crash shortly after launch. Great I thought "I just bought a useless camera". Then I read all the negative reviews which didnt help. But then I tried installing the app on my iPad and it worked just fine. So I tried again on the iPhone, restarting the iPhone, but still no luck. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it again, and it works just fine now. Pity all those who took their cameras back for a refund, when a little persistence would have saved them time and money. Shouldnt be this complicated, but technology isnt always a smooth process. One gripe though is not being able to record videos to a local hard drive, rather than paying for a costly cloud service.

This system is by far the least expensive and most efficient I have ever used. I keep one cam on my disabled son, and one on his dog to see if she is gesturing a seizure is coming. Love love love it

Loved this camera so much, purchased a second for our vacation home. Easy to install, great video on demand. Knew its limitation before purchase, cannot view at night through a window. Great camera and great price.

Poor video quality- cannot make out faces if people are moving
