Recently it has been difficult to log on and get reception on my feed. For the price, it is a decent camera and I use it as a baby monitor and security.

Love this product and the app plus the services. They really guide you step by step how to instal, chance password,created account etc. had these already 5 years. Easy to move left and right. You wound regrets. Love this. Come with sound, talk back and recorded too. Night visions. OMG... Really good.

Dont buy it.

Enjoy both NetCam and switch. Firmware seem to help maintain Speed on/off and stability.

Maybe twice a year I have to go through the wireless reconnection process. The firmware update process may be to blame for that, or power outages.

When Im away from home, having the opportunity to check my home , makes me feel more relaxed

Terrible connectivity, poor video quality, not user friendly to share feed, works effectively 25% of the time.

Update***This is the worst camera. They still havent fixed any issues since I first posted back in September, and it seems to have gotten worse. Now sometimes an error message reads, "make sure your device allows access to (then some numbers)." Maybe Im not doing it right but their customer service knows less than I do about these cameras, and I dont know very much. The overall reviews on this app really should be a 1 star I dont know how its 4 stars.*** These reviews are obviously not real. We use our 1 camera for a baby monitor. We use the app to hear and see the baby. Worked great for about 2 months and now after they updated everything so many times the app cant seem to find the camera on my network. We can get it to find the network for long enough to start the camera, but after a couple min the app will crash and read "network connection cannot be established." Yet when I exit the app and open it again, lo and behold my camera is magically connected to the network and I can turn the camera on again for a couple min. before crashing again. I highly doubt its my wifi going in and out because this has been going on for almost 2 months now. I tried to call about it and email about it but no response is given. Im sorry you wasted your money buying this camera if you can return it, do! Find another that will function without issue.

Dont buy any of their cameras. This application is just useless! Ive been using it for years to monitor my dog and it always crashes or shows some stupid error (even when Im home connected to the same network). Im so tired of this app. Already looking for something from another brand.

Easy to use and set up

I am on this Belkin cam for about three years. We use it for security and also for a lot of fun over the years. I think it is a great value for the money its easy to set up and it has not failed us one time.

My camera worked fine until they updated their services. I always get "camera unavailable", have emailed them several times with no response and will be calling to have a new one sent or I will be returning this for a FULL REFUND

We have used for a couple years in two places and we like the access and move detectors.

What is the point of only being able to connect to the live feed when i am home? The app never managed to allow me to stream any feed from any of our 3 cameras when i am away and at work. When i get home, i can connect just fine....frustrating. Also the motion detection is beyond annoying. Every 5 mins all 3 cameras detect movement one after another and yet i cant get a live feed to check. I just get to guess if someone is really walking around the house when no one is home.

I have 7 of this cameras and not complaints at all. Make sure your wireless router allows this connection (open the right ports)

Slow as ever and unstable.

When taking time to install it correctly, it beats my foscam for consistently reliable video.

I have owned the Belkin WeMo camera for about 3 years. Seems like with each update over the years the app and camera become worse. With the most recent update, the camera never opens for streaming. Making the camera now useless. When opening the app, it clocks and never opens. Belkin needs an update fast, already looking into Nest camera for reliability.

Cant view 95 percent of time after update

More often than not I get "Video Interrupted" or another error and Im unable to view my sons room. I dont know if it is the camera, the app or both but I wish we had purchased something different. The good price has not been worth the trouble.
