Utterly horrible...

... app. Not stable, awful interface, slow. Dont buy the cam, dont waste your money if you expect to use this app or the website interface (with Flash, in the year 2014). Too bad, could have been great.

Bad Service

Here is my feedback: im very unsatisfied if the performance of this product. Camera goes constantly off line, other times is not possible to log in. Ive lost money and now I will need to buy another product

Worst app

I cant use this cam anymore. For each four minutes I receive the message: "Are you still watching?". And the cam stop to work.

App does not work

This app does not work. It closes before you put username

App is not working since last update.

Since the last update (March, 4th, 2016) the app is not opening in any of my devices. Neither in the iPhone nor the iPad. I have already uninstalled and installed again but the problem persists. I dont know what to do. Before the update the app was working perfectly.

Not working on ios 8.3 !

Junk app for a junk camera

I really regret buying the camera. Besides the less than mediocre video quality it is unreliable, wether this is due to the hardware or the app in the end it doesnt matter!

Picture quality is great only slight problem is that the app seems to crash from time to time.

Good improvements but...

Really like the improvements made but you use to be able to have multiple devices logged in at the same time. Now it doesnt let you do that. We are using this as a security feature for our home and the ability for both of us to be logged in at once was very convenient. Now its just an extra step. Please bring that feature back

Long app load times

Iphone 5 The 4 second start up animation EVERYTIME, u open the app is painful!!! The app it self isnt terrible, except the "live feed" delay

Status not in this app

This app does not have the selection to change the camera status from online to offline. Please fix as soon as possible as this is one of the most important functions for a netcam. Thank you.

buggy, clunky

System detects motion that is not there (phantom alarm trips). Links badly to Wemo app to control light. For example, set it up to activate light on a Wemo Swich when motion was detected, then went on vacation. System would detect phantom motion, activate the light. The light would go off after 15 min, which would set off motion detector, and turned on the light again. Endless feedback loop. No way to reset system remotely. Had to wait two weeks to come back from vacation to physically reset the system. Even now, the system does not work. Do not trust your home security to this clunky, badly written app! Belkin needs to understand that remote home controls need to be absolutely *bullet proof*, *debugged*, and *reliable*. This is dealing with peoples’ homes and security, especially when they are away and rely upon the app and technology!!!!

Stupid thing!

Cant even find how to register so that I have a login. Theres nowhere in the app or on the web page. Piece of crap.

Crashes

Im so tired of this app crashing. Every time (and I mean every time) I open it up it crashes immediately and I have to reload it. I spent lots of money on a camera that works fine but they couldnt create a reliable app for it. So frustrating. Fix the app ASAP.

Great solution.

I come from d-link netcams. Constantly offline, cant Acces the camera. Really useless. This setup is worlds ahead. Camera hd+ is very clear, no disconnects and the setup process was extremely easy. 5 minutes and it updated the firmware and was up and running. The app sometimes crashes but reopening it and I have the live feed. Every time. It is always online. I removed 1 star because of the steady crashing of the app. Im sure belkin can fix this. At least I dont t have to type in my credentials EVERYTIME I open the app like d-link!

Slow and buggy

Ive had this equipment for several months and several updates, and its still buggy, slow, and unresponsive. When will they get it right?!

This ap is crap

If you are reading this prior to buy the Belkin Net Cam, SAVE YOUR MONEY! This ap crashes and glitches more than it works. Two thumbs down and a middle finger up

Not Great

This app needs to be improved. Quits unexpectedly, audio cuts out regularly. When it does work properly its ok. Setup was fairly simple, go online and read the instructions to setup first or youll find yourself frustrated in short order.
